FullCycle is an eco- business owned and managed by women. In addition to equipping our employees with tools and knowledge to work within the FullCycle team we support and encourage them in learning about waste management and the environment with the hope that this information will be carried into households and the wider community. As you will see from the profiles provided below, all of us at FullCycle adopt waste management practices at our homes. In the spirit of sharing, and as a way to recognise hard work, we have a profit sharing scheme in place. |
